Restaurant General Manager – New Wingstop Opening

Build It. Lead It. Own the Results.

A new Wingstop is coming and Eastwing LLC is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager who is ready to take the lead from day one.

This is an opportunity to do more than step into an existing operation. You’ll help build the team, establish the culture, set the expectations, and create the foundation for a successful restaurant.

We’re looking for a hands-on restaurant leader who thinks like an owner: someone who knows their business, develops their people, watches the numbers, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in the results.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the overall performance of the restaurant—from the guest experience and team culture to staffing, labor, food cost, and financial results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operation and overall performance
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing your opening team
• Creating a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest service
• Setting clear expectations and holding your team accountable to Wingstop standards
• Developing Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and future restaurant leaders
• Driving sales and delivering a consistently great guest experience
• Managing labor, scheduling, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Understanding restaurant performance metrics and taking action when results are off track
• Maintaining high standards for food safety, quality, speed, service, and cleanliness
• Partnering with District Leadership and the New Restaurant Opening team to successfully launch and stabilize the restaurant

What Does an Ownership Mindset Look Like?

We’re looking for a leader who:

• Has prior QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience
• Has previous General Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or comparable leadership experience
• Has successfully led and developed restaurant teams
• Understands labor management, scheduling, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financial performance
• Is comfortable being accountable for the full operation
• Leads from the floor and stays connected to the team and guest experience
• Can create urgency and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Is available to work a restaurant leadership schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Has ServSafe Manager certification or can obtain the required certification

• $65,000–$75,000 annual salary
