Role Snapshot

Type: Full-Time, Night Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM
Pay: $25–$35 per hour

Impact You’ll Make

Join a clean, well-organized shop where safety and precision come first. You’ll help deliver parts that meet demanding customer and industry specifications by executing reliable setups, running CNC mills with care, and documenting results that stand up to scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

Run CNC milling machines according to standard procedures and safety rules
Read blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions to plan and execute work
Load material and unload finished parts to keep production moving
Perform basic setups; identify and communicate tooling and offset requirements
Inspect parts, record measurements, and log production/quality data
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant
Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years operating and setting up CNC mills
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a dependable work ethic

Technical Proficiency

Equipment troubleshooting
CNC tooling
CNC programming

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
