Description Customer Service Representative McWilliams — Lufkin, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with additional consideration based on experience Overview McWilliams is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and keep our field teams running smoothly and efficiently. This is an in-office role with a set weekday schedule — no nights, no weekends, no on-call rotation. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely like helping people solve problems, you'll do well here.
