Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or self-service, using cash registers or iPads.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with restocking and cleaning during off-peak hours.
- Deliver food orders to customers in-store and mobile orders quickly and courteously.
- Willing to be trained in all front-of-house roles including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.
Qualifications and skills:
- Closing shift: 3-close, 4-close, 5-close
- No experience required.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Adaptable, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for up to 8 hours.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and have safe money handling skills.
- Able to comply with Chick-fil-A's professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
