Мы создаем игры, в которые ежедневно играет более миллиона пользователей по всему миру. Наши хиты: Modern Strike Online и World War Heroes. Сейчас мы ищем Sublead Level Artist в команду нового неанонсированного проекта. Задачи: Создавать модели объектов окружения природного характера Художественно оформлять уровни Соблюдать стиль и атмосферу игрового мира (симулятор охоты в реалистичном сеттинге) Ведение команды: выдача фидбека, распределение задач, оценка сроков, взаимодействие с другими отделами Требования: Имеешь хорошие знания инструментов Unity / Unreal Engine Умеешь создавать ассеты природного характера с нуля Умеешь создавать уровни на основе игровых ассетов Умеешь работать с освещением Умеешь создавать привлекательные задние планы для локаций Умеешь оптимизировать ассеты под требования мобильных платформ Имеешь опыт менторства, взаимодействия со смежными отделами, декомпозицией и эстимацией тасков, выдачи фидбека Будет плюсом: Опыт работы в Blender; Опыт создания ландшафтов (Terragen, Gaea или аналог); Опыт работы с разными шейдерными подходами; Опыт работы с AI (2d/3d); Опыт работы с левел дизайном локаций; Опыт работы с локацией по концепту Условия: Можно работать удаленно или в офисе, где тебя ждет удобное рабочее место, классный софт и полезные вкусности весь день. Начинаем с 9:00 до 12:00, главное - договориться с командой. Программа ДМС со стоматологией, компенсируем онлайн-сессии с психологом до 50%.
