Production Operator - Vitamin Manufacturing | Temp-to-Hire | $22-24/hr


Express Employment is recruiting for a well-established vitamin manufacturing client in Vancouver, WA. We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented operators to join a growing production team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Panama rotating shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
• Hours: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am)
• Pay: $22/hr (day shift) | $24/hr (night shift)
• Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
• Training Provided: No experience required - comprehensive paid training included

What You'll Do:


First 6 Months - Packaging Operations:

• Assemble, fill, seal, and palletize product boxes
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment
• Perform quality checks and basic computer data entry
• Maintain clean room standards and warehouse cleanliness
• Receive forklift training and certification (provided on-site)

Career Growth Path: After mastering packaging, you'll advance to learning:

• Blending operations
• Chemical reaction processes
• Distillation systems

Work Environment: This FDA-regulated facility maintains clean room standards in product exposure areas. All PPE is provided, including hairnets, safety glasses, face masks, shoe coverings, lab coats, and gloves. Temperature-controlled facility with modern equipment.
