Assistant Property Manager

Description

The Assistant Property Manager is the "right arm" of our Property Manager. The APM will be the link between property management, project management, facility management, and other internal departments. In addition, the Commercial Property Coordinator will be available to tenants, clients, and vendors as a representative of the Property Manager and will support them as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Property Management or coordination experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel day-to-day.
• Must be able to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with availability for after-hours or on-call service as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational/technical training required.
