Remote Regional Manager, Student Housing: Lead Leasing

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Regional Manager, Student Housing to oversee a portfolio of student housing properties, driving occupancy and revenue targets while leading site teams. The role includes remote work with quarterly travel to portfolio sites and occasional travel for acquisitions and support.
