Freeman therapists also teach patients to use assistive and adaptive devices, such as crutches, prostheses and wheelchairs.What You'll DoIndependently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers/documents care, and provides D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, State/National regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures.RequirementsAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
