Looking for a caring nanny for 3 kids

We are looking for a reliable nanny to care for three children, ages 11y, 8y, 7y. The schedule includes flexible hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, starting in August. The hours will include 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with optional flexible hours for household manager tasks during the day for a guaranteed 30 h/week. You will be responsible for engaging the kids in activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being. A love for pets is necessary, as we have two sweet labs at home.
