The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.About the RoleAs an IT Operations Manager, you will lead and scale CoreWeave's internal IT support function, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and efficient experience for employees across the organization. This role blends people leadership, operational ownership, and technical oversight, with a focus on building a support model that can scale alongside the company's rapid growth.You will manage a team responsible for day-to-day IT support while driving improvements in processes, tooling, and automation. You'll work closely with senior ICs and cross-functional partners to ensure support operations align with broader infrastructure, security, and systems strategy.This role requires strong operational judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.Who You Are5–8 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or internal infrastructure roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments1–3 years of experience managing or leading IT support teamsStrong experience operating within IT support environments, including ticketing systems, SLA management, and escalation handlingProven ability to manage and prioritize a support queue while maintaining high-quality user experienceExperience administering or working with core IT systems such as Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, and Google Workspace / M365Solid understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices (MFA, device compliance, EDR)Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency within a support or IT environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teamsComfortable balancing hands-on involvement with team leadership responsibilitiesExperience building documentation, playbooks, and repeatable operational processesPreferredExperience building or scaling IT support teams in high-growth environmentsExposure to automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) or infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforcesBackground in project or program managementExperience coordinating or delivering cross-functional IT initiatives (e.g., SaaS rollouts, office buildouts, lifecycle programs)Wondering if You're a Good Fit?We believe in investing in our people and value diverse experiences—even if you don't meet every requirement. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).The range we've posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
