Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate 1:1 labor support and active positioning to help families welcome their newest members
• Monitor fetal well-being using advanced GE equipment and deliver exceptional postpartum care
• Collaborate with residents and a dedicated anesthesia team in a teaching hospital environment
• Respond confidently to OB emergencies while maintaining our impressively low C-section rate
• Build meaningful connections with patients from admission through discharge in our beautiful Birth Care Suites

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 1 year of current acute care L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and IFMC or AWHONN certifications required
• OR circulating experience and Spinning Babies training are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Labor and delivery expertise with postpartum care knowledge
• Fetal monitoring and Alaris pump proficiency
• CPN and Meditech documentation experience
• Ability to manage OB emergencies and support low-risk births
