This role partners closely with Operations to ensure products meet customer specifications, food safety standards, and internal quality requirements while identifying, documenting, and driving resolution of quality non‑conformances. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance a career in manufacturing, quality, or engineering.JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Perform in‑process inspections, measurements, and equipment audits to ensure compliance with customer and quality specificationsVerify correct packaging, labeling, and traceability of finished goodsIdentify, document, and contain non‑conforming product to prevent customer impactRecord quality checks, defects, and corrective actions using RedZoneSupport root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiativesVerify sanitation and cleanliness of molding equipment per ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standardsMaintain and operate quality equipment such as scales, vision systems, leak detectors, and date codersAssist with new product launches, quality training, and specification reviewsCollaborate with Operations and Quality teams to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaintsShift Schedule: We have flexible working hours for this position2-2-34-4Monday- FridayWeekendsPay:$19.50High School diploma or GED.Must be 18 years or older.Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred, but not required (relevant or transferable experience will be considered)Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math and measurements (e.g., calipers, visual inspections)High integrity and focus on each Radius customer ensuring that any service provided is within their defined requirements.Ability to work both independently and in an active team atmosphere, ensuring that time, projects, and deadline commitments are met.Willingness to preform risk assessment determination and decision making to reduce or eliminate internal and external customer exposure to product non-conformances.Must be able to safely operate touch-sensitive, highly automated technical equipment related to the Quality Technician role.Proven capability to read and write in English to accurately understand and interpret customer specification sheets, packaging information, internal work instructions, etc.Maintain a questioning mindset, by actively listening, learning, and challenging quality process gaps creating future opportunities to improve.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)Experience with Apple iPads and Apple‑based applications preferredExperience using Apple iPads and Apple based programs preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Radius Packaging
