Responsibilities

Meet with members of the Lynchburg community to identify risks and suggest meaningful coverage options.

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients by being their primary point of contact for insurance questions.

Guide individuals through the renewal process and help them adjust their policies as their life circumstances shift.

Seek out and develop new leads through local networking and community engagement.

Provide prompt responses to claims or billing inquiries to ensure clients feel supported during stressful times.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Experience managing a book of business or working in a customer-facing sales role.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and on the phone.

Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized without constant supervision.

Comfort using standard office software and client management databases.

High school diploma or equivalent.
