PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

The schedule for this position includes 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. General start time is between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, with weekend rotation every 4 weeks.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a Med Surg Acute setting to provide coverage for leave. The therapist will be responsible for evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute or hospital settings preferred.
