State Certified Elementary Education Instructor

To support aspiring educators, the part-time State Certified Elementary Education Instructor will provide online instruction in instructional planning and assessments, facilitating discussions and assessing student performance while adhering to course requirements and deadlines. Key responsibilities Facilitate weekly discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom Adhere to grading requirements and deadlines while assessing student performance Respond to student inquiries within established timeframes and provide a positive example aligned with the university's mission Required qualifications Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Leadership, Elementary Education, Learning and Teaching, or Teaching Innovation preferred Master's in Education, Elementary Education, or Curriculum and Instruction with two areas of exceptional expertise required Valid state teacher certification in elementary education Minimum of three years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher or related role Graduate credits related to assessment and lesson planning
