• Provide comprehensive family medicine care including chronic pain management for a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
• Maintain a patient volume of 18 encounters per day during scheduled clinic hours (Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p).
• Complete all chart documentation within 72 hours of patient encounter.
• Collaborate with support staff (RNs and MAs) to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Adhere to credentialing requirements including timely submission of application and supporting documents.
