Plant Operations Director & Facilities Leader

The Branches of Marlboro, part of Benchmark Senior Living, seeks an experienced Director of Plant Operations/Maintenance Director for our Marlborough, MA facility. This hands-on leader oversees maintenance and housekeeping with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, lead staff, oversee payroll and expenses, and coordinate preventive maintenance while upholding safety and #J-18808-Ljbffr Benchmark Senior Living
