CPU Memory Design Engineer - SRAM & Cache Innovation

Intel in Austin, TX is seeking a CPU Memory Design Engineer to design, develop, and build full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, large-memory arrays, ROMs, and caches for Intel CPUs and SOCs. You will work on memory path-finding, power/performance/area optimization, and memory bit-cell/periphery IC design. The role requires expertise in CMOS circuit design and VLSI methodologies, with 6+ years experience for a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years for PhD). #J-18808-Ljbffr Intel
