Senior Commercial Credit Analyst The Senior Analyst provides analytical support to a team of Asset Managers as they monitor the performance of a multifamily real estate loan portfolio, including delivering excellent customer service to clients. This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team, primarily focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Responsibilities Perform property operating statement analysis. Assist Asset Managers in obtaining and reviewing documentation to satisfy loan covenants, including guarantor financial analysis. Monitor repair due dates per the loan documents and resolve all repairs, including client communication, preparing supportable consent requests as needed, and collecting and reviewing required documentation to support satisfaction requirements. Review deferred maintenance completion documentation and update results in the applicable tracking system. Perform detailed loan set-up for new loans, including identifying special loan items and recording basic loan information into the tracking system. Provide analytical support to a team of Asset Managers. Manage all Freddie mailboxes ensuring timely response to Master Servicers and Freddie Mac. Oversee third‑party vendor execution of the annual loan compliance processes and other processes to ensure timely and thorough execution. Assist Team Leader in compiling information for investor audits, as needed. Handle special projects as assigned by Team Leader. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and mine data. Proficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios. Strong written and oral communication skills. Compensation The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on the agreed number of hours to be regularly worked.
