Lead Instructor & Gym Manager

What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team that delivers an outstanding member experience. Coach engaging, fun classes using our proven curriculum. Build relationships with members and parents—they’re at the heart of everything we do. Oversee daily operations and keep the gym running smoothly. Hire, train, and support team members as we continue to grow. Help introduce new families to The Little Gym experience. What We’re Looking For A positive, energetic leader who loves working with kids. Experience in customer service, coaching, or management. Someone who enjoys both leading a team and being part of the action. Strong communication and organizational skills. Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus (not required). A great attitude and strong work ethic we can teach the rest.
