About the Position

RN – Cardiac Tele (Night Shift, 3×12 Hours)

Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift: 7p–7a (19:00–07:00)
Schedule: 3×12s, Nights
Weekends: Every other weekend
Holidays: As needed
Floating: Required as needed

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to work night shift on a high-acuity telemetry unit. This role involves caring for complex cardiac and respiratory patients while delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years experience required.
First-time travelers welcome.

Required Certifications

• ACLS

• BLS

Required Clinical Experience

• Cardiac Tele experience required

• Strong focus on cardiac patients, including:

  • Congestive Heart Failure

  • Rule-out Myocardial Infarction

  • Acute Coronary Syndrome

  • Arrhythmias

• Secondary focus on respiratory conditions:

  • COPD

  • Pneumonia

• Common patient diagnoses include:

  • Heart Failure

  • Respiratory Failure

  • NSTEMI

  • COPD

  • Pneumonia

• Active, unrestricted RN license

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry experience

• Must be able to work night shift (7p–7a) and every other weekend

• Must work holidays as needed

• Must be willing to float as required

• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be active at start)

• Strong experience caring for cardiac patients, including CHF, ACS, MI rule-out, arrhythmias
