Sr. Business Manager, ICT Americas Region-led markets

Medtronic seeks a Senior Business Manager to lead commercial strategy and growth initiatives for Interventional Cardiology Therapies across Latin America and Canada. The role involves translating global strategies into regional plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving adoption of Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation therapies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Americas regional ICT business strategy across three therapy portfolios
- Partner with regional and country leaders to identify growth opportunities and market development priorities
- Monitor business performance, competitive activity, and key performance indicators
- Drive commercial excellence across product launches, market-access programs, and physician engagement
- Lead and develop geographically dispersed team, fostering accountability and high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree plus 8+ years experience
- Minimum 5 years of people-management experience
- Medical device or healthcare industry background in business management or commercial strategy
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in matrix organizations
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and forecasting skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to travel internationally as required
