Aftermarket Sales Representative

Sell contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop business relationships through cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-up Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence Develop a territory management plan to maximize customer time, seek new business, and enhance customer retention by monitoring satisfaction Use online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information Discuss sales activities with management Requirements Less than 2 years related experience High School diploma or equivalency Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities Possess several years of successful sales experience Business to business (B2B) experience Problem solving capabilities Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and self-motivation Ability to work in a team environment Legally authorized to work in the United States Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales capabilities in developing and managing business relationships, with a focus on B2B sales strategies and customer retention.
