Your Responsibilities

• Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage sessions based on each client's needs.
• Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue massage.
• Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow professional standards, sanitation procedures, and Tennessee massage therapy regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License (LMT) required.
• Proficiency in Swedish and deep tissue massage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
