Material Handler

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: 19.50/hr

What's the Job?

• Utilize heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes or be willing to learn how to operate them

• Perform material handling and warehousing functions efficiently

• Order filling, processing, storing, and picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies

• Operate automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping, and receiving processes

• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to frequently lift and carry products weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes

• Ability to push/pull products weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 10-15 minutes

• Comfort working at heights of up to 30 feet from the floor

• Ability to operate order picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklifts after training

• Willingness to work in environments with changing temperatures and noise levels up to 85 db
