Rehabilitation Therapist

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations and intervention for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on building patient independence through therapeutic practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer treatment programs to improve patient functionality
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate EMR entries

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS Certification required
• Previous hospital experience is mandatory
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Knowledge of CARE scoring is a plus
