Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role as Vice President of Investment Banking, based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Vice President will lead client engagements, including M&A and capital raise transactions, and oversee financial analyses, due diligence, and deal structuring. The role requires collaborating with senior team members, managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, preparing client presentations, and maintaining high‑quality transaction execution.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Expertise in finance and investment banking principles
• Proven experience in conducting due diligence and transaction management
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in middle‑market transactions is a significant advantage
• Series 79 and Series 63 licences are preferred but not required
