What Youll Do Deliver Outstanding Service : Provide exceptional service and maintenance for HVAC systems, creating an amazing experience for our customers. Diagnose & Repair : Consult with clients, diagnose issues, and offer effective solutions to keep their HVAC systems running smoothly. Advise & Recommend : Offer expert advice on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans to enhance customer comfort and air quality. How Your Performance Will Be Measured Punctuality, Reliability, and Availability : Essential for impacting customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Job Requirements Experience : Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with digital tools (Service Titan) and inventory control systems. Drivers License : Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Physical Ability : Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. Communication Skills : Excellent communication with both customers and the office team. Professionalism : Clean professional appearance and demeanor. Competitive Pay & Benefits Pay Range : $40, to $65, per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
