Direct Support Professional

COF Training Services Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist youth and adults in vocational and life skills programs. In this on-site role, you’ll support participants with daily living, job readiness tasks, and community integration activities. Responsibilities include implementing individualized plans, teaching life and employability skills, documenting progress, and collaborating with instructors and counselors. You’ll model professional behavior, encourage independence, and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment aligned with our mission of empowerment and self-sufficiency.
