Job Description

Previous manufacturing, mixing, compounding, or production experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow batch tickets, work instructions, and production schedules.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
Ability to safely lift and move raw materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
