Pay & Schedule 1st Shift $22.17/hour Monday Thursday: 5:30 AM 3:00 PM Friday: 5:30 AM 10:00 AM 2nd Shift $24.17/hour Monday Thursday: 2:00 PM 1:30 AM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week. What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a key role in building custom cooling and chiller systems by: Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools Following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Inspecting and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process Packaging completed units and preparing them for shipment Supporting material handling and workstation organization Participating in cross-training opportunities across multiple production areas Maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stand, move, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Exceptional Benefits We believe great employees deserve outstanding benefits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
