We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Behavioral Support Professional to join an established team supporting an engaging young adult with autism. Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Position Details Part-Time Weekend Position Flexible 6-hour shifts (not every weekend) $28.00–$35.00 per hour, based on education and experience What You'll Do Implement Positive Behavior Support and ABA strategies. Support community outings, recreation, and meaningful activities. Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills. Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of 11 professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Supports. Has worked with individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Can confidently follow behavior support plans and respond calmly to challenging behaviors. Is engaging, patient, reliable, and enjoys building positive relationships. Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Can safely support an adult male with physical and behavioral needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or training in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. RBT, TSS, NADD, or other behavioral health certifications are welcomed. Experience with alternative communication systems such as PECS or AAC is a plus.
