Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with protocols.
• Float across multiple units within Zone 3 to provide comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patients’ families.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding scheduling, charting, and unit assignments.
• Assist in stabilizing acutely ill patients across various specialty units such as Cardiac, Neuro, or Oncology.
• Participate in orientation and training sessions to maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with 2 years of MedSurg / Tele experience required.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to float within a defined geographic zone and handle diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Adaptability to work night shifts and fulfill weekend rotation requirements.
• Prefer prior neuro experience; ability to titrate drips such as Heparin.
