Join us in our mission to make a difference together. Job Summary Lead a team of Operations Specialists responsible for billing readiness activities and related tasks. Develop and execute strategic plans for employee training and development, particularly for new hires. Support the Specialists in addressing billing corrections, customer disputes, and collections issues as required. Monitor the Open Order status for month-end activities. Maintain communication with field offices regarding job status and any associated issues. Validate job completion, ensuring customer authorization, correct cost postings, and proper closure of service orders/projects. Make necessary corrections and ensure jobs are ready for billing. Achieve established performance metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the billing readiness process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP.
