Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current New Mexico licensure for SLP (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially within educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support compliance with all required documentation
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide support and education to teachers and caregivers for carryover of strategies
