Key Responsibilities: Lead the Maintenance Department - Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Preventative Maintenance - Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. Budget & Resource Management - Balance cost control with quality results. Team Leadership - Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success. Safety & Compliance - Maintain compliance with all safety codes and healthcare regulations. Vendor Relations - Coordinate with HVAC contractors and other vendors for specialized projects and repairs. Qualifications: Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management , preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting. Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability. Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management .
