Nike San Marcos is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume store team in San Marcos, TX. You’ll coach and develop associates, focus on customer service, and help drive store growth and merchandising execution. As a Department Manager, you’ll recruit and retain a strong team, schedule shifts, and manage daily operations while upholding Nike’s Service Principles.
