Role Description Dan Walker - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client calls, identifying needs and providing or coordinating appropriate assistance. Act as the agency’s primary resource for billing questions, payment concerns, and related client support. Complete routine client service requests and transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update client information, including FORM (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money) data, to support stronger client relationships. Assist clients with digital tools and coordinate scheduling for new-client onboarding and Insurance & Financial Review (IFR) appointments. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
