Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Position Summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Assistant Operations – Order Selector in Waverly, NY .

We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM onsite in Waverly, NY.
• Ability to participate in face-to-face interviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, order selection, or material-handling environment.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting.
• Frequent standing and walking.
• Regular lifting and merchandise handling up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-sensitive work environment.
• Must maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.

Required:

1. Are you able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as required for this role?
2. Do you possess a verified High School Diploma or GED?
3. Are you available to work onsite at 1 CVS Drive, Waverly, NY , Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM ?
4. Are you comfortable participating in face-to-face interviews?
