Senior Service Reliability Specialist The Digital Market Products team at Boeing is hiring a Senior Service Reliability Specialist to work in one of the following locations: North Charleston, SC Colorado Springs, CO Mesa, AZ Berkeley, MO Fairfax, VA Chicago, IL Seattle, WA Plano, TX Long Beach, CA Role Overview This is a customer‑facing position focused on ensuring the reliability, performance, and resilience of mission‑critical applications such as customer portals, e‑commerce systems, training platforms, and global airline support tools. The specialist will own application uptime, develop automation for self‑healing systems, and communicate with internal stakeholders and airline customers during incidents. Key Responsibilities Provide consultation and leadership to identify, evaluate, and document complex computing system requirements. Apply expertise in architecture, design, build, and test of delivery systems and components. Provide technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security, and performance for integration into delivery environments. Offer technical support and consult on the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). 5+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems including distributed, multi‑threaded, and client‑server architectures. 5+ years of experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD. 3+ years of experience in incident management. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience supporting complex applications or systems. Strong problem‑solving skills, including diagnosing and resolving complex network issues. Effective written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams. Ability to maintain thorough documentation and implement repeatable processes. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay ranging from $136,850 to $197,800, plus variable compensation opportunities.
