OPEN POSITION Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) POSITION TYPE Full Time, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts POSITION REQUIREMENTS Colorado or compact Licensed Practical Nurse, BLS certification COMPENSATION BASE RATE $24.50 to $32.50 dependent on experience (includes shift differentials) $3,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full‑time employment & 1‑year commitment. POSITION SHIFT Evenings & Nights POSITION LOCATION 360 Canyon Ridge Drive, Wray, CO80758 Job Description Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
