Quick Facts: Location: Williston, ND Start Date: 08/22/2026 Schedule: On-call 24 hours/day (12/24 1/4) Setting: Inpatient hospital Hours/week: Full-time schedule Employment Type: Locum Certifications: State medical license (preferred) Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do: Provide OB/GYN services including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, and D&C procedures Attend to approximately 50-60 deliveries per month Round on hospitalized patients, manage urgent cases in the ER during on-call shifts Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to ensure quality care Maintain accurate patient records and reports Participate in ongoing professional development activities and community health initiatives Supervise mid-level providers and nursing staff as applicable What You Need: Medical license in North Dakota (or eligible for licensure) Prior OB/GYN clinical experience Ability to work independently and adapt to hospital protocols Proficiency with common medical systems (Meditech, PACs, eRx, Dragon, Imprivata) preferred Strong clinical skills and excellent communication skills About the Assignment: This role is based at a leading hospital in Williston, ND, supporting the OB/GYN department during a scheduled period. The physician will handle inpatient care, deliveries, and urgent OB/GYN procedures with a dedicated support team.
