Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As we expand our clinical and administrative capabilities, we are seeking an experienced financial leader to guide our organization through its next phase of growth and operational excellence.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong healthcare financial management experience who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions
• Monitoring practice financial health and optimizing profitability, cash flow, and sustainability
• Overseeing revenue cycle management and ensuring accurate billing, coding, and collections processes
• Managing financial compliance, audits, and reporting in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Developing performance dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision making
• Advising on strategic initiatives including service-line expansion, technology investments, and physician compensation models
• Partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders to support a high-performance organization

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential strongly preferred
• 5+ years of senior-level financial leadership experience in healthcare (physician practice preferred)
• Proven expertise in revenue cycle oversight, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of medical practice operations, payer reimbursement, and healthcare compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
