Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking independent, certified BCBAs to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area. This is an in-person role supporting a rapidly expanding organization with plans to scale across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
• Deliver and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
• Ensure 25 billable hours per week
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Must be independent and fully certified (no supervision candidates at this time)
• Ability to work on-site (no remote option)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
