CNA - LTC/SNF

$1360.00/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in a long-term care setting. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and well-being around the clock. Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of daily clinical care, including vital signs, medication administration, and personal hygiene. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly. Follow all safety protocols, including maintaining compliance with licensing, background checks, and infection control procedures. Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record system. Support patients and families through compassionate communication and reassurance. Qualifications: Current CNA certification required at the time of submission. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric long-term care environment. BLS certification and LTC experience mandatory. Active NJ or Compact CNA license required. Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and every other weekend. Demonstrated competency in caring for children with complex medical needs, including neurological, orthopedic, or ventilator-dependent conditions.
