Project Manager I

Rothe is seeking a project manager to provide project management support for the KSC Customer Engagement Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency’s enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the outside world. This is an Onsite role, candidates are required to reside locally in one of these NASA locations: Kennedy Space Center. Functional Responsibilities: Provide analyst support, such as creating and/or modifying documents such as project plans, flowcharts/playbooks, requirements documents, developing and conducting briefings, conducting meetings for senior management, establishing, and maintaining integrated schedules and high-level correspondence. Designing and creating desk guides. Coordinate records management activities within the organization and act as a liaison between the department and the KSC Records Manager. Assist KSC customers and stakeholders with their IT procurements. Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions, the employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment. Education and Experience: Minimum Education: BA/BS or relevant experience Minimum Experience: Requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and application of critical thinking and problem solving. Experience with records management and creating/modifying project support materials. Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with projects at Kennedy Space Center or another NASA center. Specifically, NASA documents. Familiarity with TechDoc, IT File Plans and Records Management Rothe is an equal opportunity employer.
