Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living

$2,500 Sign On Bonus Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living $40.33–$50.33/hour based on experience, plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for 2p–10p and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Full-time RN opening at Pitman Manor, an assisted living community in Pitman, NJ. As an Assisted Living RN, you're the clinical anchor for the floor at a certified Great Place to Work. You'll oversee medication administration, catch changes early, and work with families and leadership to keep care on track What you'll do: Partner with leadership to keep resident care and outcomes on track Coordinate assessments, care plans, and family communication Watch for changes in resident condition and respond before small issues become big ones Oversee medication administration, documentation, and compliance Manage resident health services: appointments, referrals, and care coordination Keep the floor safe through hands-on clinical oversight What you'll need: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, active RN license in New Jersey Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to complete a flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions available) and pass a drug screening Preferred: BSN Experience in long-term care or assisted living Pay and benefits: $40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience $2.00/hour shift differential for 2p-10p $2,500 Sign on bonus, paid out per company policy Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous PTO plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance and discount programs Schedule: Full-time, 2p-10p, with weekend and holiday rotation.
