Summary:

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its team in a flexible hybrid role, offering clinical autonomy, low overhead, and an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based care.
• Review and finalize clinical documentation using an AI-assisted EMR.
• Collaborate with office staff to coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license.
• Appropriate DEA registration.

Schedule:

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Full-time in-office preferred, with a hybrid arrangement available for the right candidate.
• Choose your preferred workdays, with Thursday and Friday especially encouraged.
• Saturday availability is also an option.
• Fixed schedule based on mutually agreed-upon workdays.
• Part-time and full-time candidates welcome.
