Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (Float – Geriatric Day Health Center) We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a mission-driven Day Health Center in San Francisco. This is a 3+ month contract covering a leave of absence, providing comprehensive nursing care to seniors in a collaborative, community-based setting. If you're looking to move away from the demands of acute hospital care while making a meaningful impact with older adults, this opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule and a supportive interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations for geriatric participants. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans. Provide patient, caregiver, and family education. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team. Serve as a clinical resource and float between center needs as required. Document assessments and interventions accurately while ensuring quality patient care. Required Qualifications Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum 1 year of nursing experience working with frail or elderly adults Excellent communication and documentation skills Available to commit to a 3+ month full-time contract Schedule Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
